Job summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a Head of Human Resources Partnering and Digitalisation to provide senior operational and strategic leadership for a substantial part of the People function.

The role leads HR Partnering and Digitalisation, supported by deputies and HR advisory teams, with accountability for governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement across the service.

Qualifications

• Lead performance and continuous improvement of the HR Partnering and Digital Services portfolio.
• Provide authoritative professional leadership for HR advisory/employee relations and governance with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Partnering and Digital Services portfolio with governance, measurable outcomes and alignment to the ICB strategy.
• Provide leadership for HR advisory/employee relations ensuring high-quality practice and compliance with employment law and NHS terms.
• Deputise for the Director of People when required at executive and governance meetings.
• Lead organisational change and workforce transformation programmes with effective risk management and staff engagement.
