Job summary

NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board is seeking a Head of Human Resources (HR) Partnering and Digitalisation. The post leads HR partnering and digital services across the ICB, guiding advisory, employee relations and organisational development with strong governance and executive presence.

Reporting to the Director of People, you will translate corporate strategy into strategic People plans, drive workforce transformation, and ensure a values-led, compliant service that

Qualifications

Significant senior HR/OD leadership experience.
Experience leading complex organisational change and workforce transformation programmes.
Expert knowledge of employment matters, NHS terms and conditions and governance.

Responsibilities

Provide senior leadership to the HR Partnering and Digital Services portfolio, setting direction and priorities across HR advisory, employee relations and digital service development.
Lead governance meetings and ensure high-quality decisions and compliant practice across advisory/employee relations.
Oversee budget, workforce planning and performance reporting for the People portfolio.
