Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong strategic HR partnership experience with clinical, operational and corporate teams.
• Proven leadership of HR advisory services delivering pragmatic guidance.
• Excellent core HR knowledge including TUPE, ER, org change, job evaluation and policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing HRBP team delivering expert HR guidance to senior leaders.
• Partner with clinical and non-clinical stakeholder groups to enable world-class care.
• Drive key People Plan projects such as staff survey, AI-enabled workflows and governance.
