Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Head Housekeeper at the Arrochar Hotel to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest cleaning standards.

You will manage room readiness, supervise staff, control linen and cleaning stock, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining budgeted performance. You will train and motivate staff to achieve company standards and be a strong ambassador for Bespoke values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping role.
• Strong service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Ensure rooms are prepared and serviced to Bespoke standards.
• Manage linen stock and coordinate with laundry.
• Maintain cleaning material stocks and place orders.
• Be accountable for department budget performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep areas in good condition.
• Ensure health and safety, fire safety, and COSHH compliance.
• Supervise training and development of staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and courteous staff.
