Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Head Housekeeper for the Arrochar Hotel in Scotland. The role focuses on leading the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest service, maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring safe, well-maintained facilities.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to train and motivate staff while upholding company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar housekeeping role.
• Passionate about hospitality, reliable and eager to learn.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to meet the highest cleaning standards.
• Ensure rooms are ready for guests and serviced to company standards.
• Manage linen stock and liaise with the laundry supplier as needed.
• Maintain stock for cleaning materials and place orders accordingly.
• Be accountable for the department's financial performance against budgets.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep areas in good condition.
• Ensure health and safety, fire safety and COSHH compliance with up-to-date records.
• Provide training and motivate staff to meet company standards and comply with legislation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure staff are courteous and helpful.
