Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is looking for a Head Housekeeper at the Arrochar Hotel to lead and motivate the housekeeping team. You will ensure rooms meet top standards and coordinate linen stock with our laundry partner while maintaining strict health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.

Responsibilities

• Managing, motivating and leading the housekeeping team to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met, with a keen attention to detail.
• Making sure the rooms are ready for the guests to check in and have been serviced up to the company standard.
• Managing and controlling the linen stock and liaising with laundry company when needed.
• Maintaining stock for cleaning material and placing orders accordingly.
• To be accountable for the financial performance of the department against budgets.
• Liaise with maintenance to ensure that the physical conditions of all areas under the Housekeeping control are properly maintained.
• Ensure all health and safety, fire safety, security and COSHH regulations are adhered to whilst ensuring all records are up to date.
• To supervise, train and motivate team to achieve Company Standards, and also to comply with relevant legislation.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure all staff members are courteous and helpful towards.

Requirements:

The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
