BPM SFX Ltd is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Risk Manager to lead health and safety systems as we grow. This role combines compliance with on-site risk management at live events, requiring proven experience and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will ensure all activities comply with UK health and safety legislation, managing risk assessments and safety briefings while supporting accident reporting and investigations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Health, Safety or Risk Management role.
• Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation.
• Confidence operating in fast‑paced, live environments.
• Excellent communication skills with external stakeholders.
• Highly organised and detail‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Health, Safety and Risk Management framework.
• Produce and review risk assessments and method statements.
• Manage on-site risk assessments and compliance checks.
• Act as main H&S point of contact for clients and venues.
• Ensure compliance with UK H&S legislation.
