Job summary

BPM SFX is seeking a Junior Project Co-ordinator to support planning, organisation and delivery of live events projects at the Oak Mill HQ in Burnley. You will work with the team to keep schedules updated and coordinate with staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.

The role is 35 hours per week, Mon–Fri with some weekend work, and requires strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving. A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred, and the position is based on-site in Burnley.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and clearly communicate project requirements to full-time staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring all team members are informed of changes and deadlines.
• Manage last-minute project amendments and remain on standby to assist in emergency situations when required.
• Liaise with colleagues across the business to support the successful delivery of events and projects.
• Book travel, accommodation and other logistical requirements for project teams.
• Assist with general administrative duties and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure information is communicated accurately and efficiently.
• Handle a diverse range of responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.
