Head of Health, Safety and Environmental | Attleborough | £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + Benefits

If so, consider the Head of Health, Safety and Environmental role in East Anglia. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead safety initiatives across a small but rapidly growing food manufacturer, making a significant impact throughout the wider group.

What can you expect in this role?

• Lead and develop a team of Safety Champions, empowering colleagues and fostering a strong safety culture.
• Manage hazard analysis, risk assessments, and oversee major projects with site leadership.
• Collaborate with authorities, auditors, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Sustainability team to enhance environmental performance and promote sustainability.
• Inspire and manage a motivated team, overseeing three direct reports.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG environments preferred.
• NEBOSH Diploma is required; IOSH membership is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Proactive, passionate, and enthusiastic about health and safety.
