Job summary

Launch With Us, part of the Soar Group, operates as a remote-first agency with an optional London office. The Head of Performance role drives growth across brands, setting strategy, forecasting and execution to deliver client outcomes.

You’ll report to the Founder and shape what our service delivers as standard, including creative as a growth lever. You will lead three leads and a 15+ team, own founder relationships, and influence agency growth with rigorous pitches and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Seven-figure brands to eight figures, 5+ years in performance or growth
• Deep fluency in testing, scaling, attribution, funnels and CRO across channels
• Real creative strategy experience and ability to judge commercial potential

Responsibilities

• Own client outcomes across all brands and channels
• Build forecasting and target-setting system and SOPs
• Lead, coach and hire senior leads and a 15+ team
• Sit on leadership team and shape commercial objectives
