The Donaldson Trust is seeking an ambitious Head of Business Development to establish and lead our first dedicated business development function. Working with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will identify, develop and secure opportunities that diversify income and increase impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, growth or income generation.
• Experience developing partnerships, bids, tenders, contracts or commissioned services.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
