RLDatix is seeking a London-based Head of Growth Marketing to drive customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth across the UK and Ireland. You will lead multiple marketing teams to deliver data-driven demand generation strategies across digital channels.

You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, optimise analytics, and partner with sales, product, and marketing to ensure cohesive messaging. This role requires hybrid work with regular travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, revenue marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing.
• Proven success in people leadership with at least 3 years directly managing marketing professionals.
• Strong ability to translate market intelligence into annual revenue and pipeline targets.
• Advanced skills in campaign analytics, attribution, and ROI optimization.
