Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a UK-based Solutions Marketing Manager to join our Product & Solution Marketing team. You will lead go-to-market planning, drive messaging, and optimize campaigns to strengthen market position and revenue growth.

You will coach a team of Solutions Marketing Executives, collaborate with Sales, Product, Growth Marketing and other functions, and apply customer insights to improve adoption and outcomes across the UK&I region.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Go-to-Market, Commercial Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 2 years leading or supervising marketing professionals.
• Proven experience organizing and executing go-to-market processes.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data on campaigns, attribution and ROI.
• Solid market/ commercial insight informing positioning and GTM strategies.
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise go-to-market planning and execution, aligning product positioning with objectives, trends and customer needs.
• Manage and develop Solutions Marketing Executives with clear direction and expectations.
• Analyse market trends and competitive data to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Oversee campaign analytics, attribution and ROI to guide decisions and budgeting.
• Develop clear messaging and value propositions across products, campaigns and audiences.
