RLDatix UK is seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution and optimise positioning for our healthcare solutions. You will manage a team within the Solutions Marketing function, using market insights to drive adoption, revenue growth, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Growth Marketing and others while traveling across the UK&I region to RLDatix offices and customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Go-to-Market, Commercial Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience leading or supervising marketing professionals through direct line management or formal team leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience organising and executing go-to-market processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring effective delivery within a marketing function.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using campaign, operational, attribution, and ROI data to drive insights.
• Strong market and commercial insight with experience analysing data to inform positioning and strategies.
• Track record of developing clear messaging and enabling teams to translate product capabilities into business value.
• User-centric product mindset with adoption insights to improve positioning and performance.
• Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK&I region to RLDatix offices and customer locations.

• Lead and organise go-to-market planning and execution, aligning product positioning with business objectives and market needs.
• Manage, coach, and develop Solutions Marketing Executives with clear direction on messaging and execution.
• Analyse market trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Oversee campaign analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Guide the development of messaging and value propositions across products, solutions, campaigns, and audiences.
• Champion a user-centric product marketing approach using customer journeys and adoption data.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Growth Marketing and other teams to drive alignment.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations, budgets, and resource allocation to improve efficiency.
