Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a UK-based Solutions Marketing Manager to join our Product & Solution Marketing team. You’ll lead go-to-market planning, align product positioning with business goals, and coach a team of marketing professionals across the UK to drive campaigns and revenue growth.

You will analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitive data to strengthen positioning, messaging, and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Go-to-Market or related marketing discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience leading or supervising marketing professionals.
• Proven experience organising and executing go-to-market processes with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities using campaign, attribution and ROI data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate go-to-market planning and execution, aligning product and solution positioning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage, coach, and develop Solutions Marketing Executives with clear direction on messaging and performance expectations.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitive intel to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Oversee campaign analytics, attribution and ROI to optimise marketing effectiveness and inform budgets.
• Guide development of clear messaging and value propositions across products, campaigns and audiences.
• Champion a user-centric product marketing approach using journeys and adoption data.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Growth Marketing and other functions to drive aligned GTM initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations, performance metrics, budgets and resources to improve efficiency.
