  • Defining technical standards for campaign tracking and ensuring high quality, reliable data.
  • Overseeing the integration of our MarTech platforms with the wider enterprise data environment.
  • Providing senior leaders and channel heads with clear, actionable performance reporting and insight.
  • Using statistical, predictive and optimisation techniques to inform investment and budget allocation.
  • Leading relationships and contract negotiations with data and technology vendors.
  • Partnering with Product and Technology to develop scalable data pipelines and architecture.
  • Ensuring marketing data is managed securely, compliantly and ethically.
  • Taking accountability for commercial outcomes, value realisation, delivery standards and risk.
What you’ll bring:
  • A proven track record of leading and developing high performing analytics teams.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, customer acquisition and full funnel measurement.
  • Significant experience working with large datasets, statistical modelling and complex experimentation programmes.
  • Strong technical leadership experience in a high spend, multi channel growth or marketing environment.
  • The ability to frame complex commercial problems and turn analysis into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work with senior and executive audiences.
  • Experience managing strategic technology and data vendors, including contract negotiation.
  • Strong change-management capability and experience leading teams through complex transformation.
  • A strong commercial mindset, with experience connecting analytical activity to measurable business value.
Technical expertise:
  • You will have strong technical capability across analytics, data engineering and the modern data ecosystem, including:
  • Marketing technology and tracking platforms such as GA4, Adjust and Iterable.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing attribution, cost allocation, MMM and incrementality testing.
  • SQL and analytical programming languages such as R or Python.
  • Modern Data Stack technologies and cloud architecture, specifically AWS and dbt.
  • Data pipelines, integrations and enterprise data architecture.
How you’ll make an impact:
  • Improve the quality and volume of customer acquisition.
  • Build robust full funnel measurement and experimentation capabilities.
  • Give senior leaders confidence in the data behind growth decisions.
  • Create scalable, reliable connections between MarTech and enterprise data systems.
