At Twinkl, we exist to help those who teach – and to delight them along the way. The Growth Strategist (Customer Delight & Community Collection) plays a key role in driving retention, engagement, and advocacy through data‑led insight and strategic growth initiatives. You will help scale both Customer Delight, Twinkl’s global programme designed to build trust and celebrate our customers, and Community Collection (CC), our flagship school funding initiative that connects Twinkl, parents, and partners to help every school thrive. Working within the Customer Delight team, you’ll turn insight into action, design test and learn pilots, and build scalable systems that strengthen Twinkl’s relationship with educators, parents, and communities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead insight‑driven growth initiatives that align Delight and Community Collection with parent and B2B objectives
  • Develop and deliver the Community Collection Growth Plan, scaling the initiative to reach every school in the UK and support 100% of applicants (through funding, goods, or guidance)
  • Design and deploy test and learn pilots, using data to improve retention, engagement, and reach
  • Partner with Marketing, B2B, and Strategic Partnerships to integrate Delight and CC storytelling into wider campaigns
  • Build dashboards and growth reports tracking retention uplift, engagement performance, and ROI
  • Codify successful tactics within the Delight Playbook to enable global scaling
  • Optimise Prize Draw performance and engagement to increase visibility and participation
  • Enhance Community Collection’s digital visibility, including website optimisation, SEO, and storytelling for educators and parents
Strategic Accountabilities
  • Reporting against key metrics (retention, engagement, traffic, and free‑to‑paid conversion)
  • Insights‑led, strategy‑aligned tactic development
  • Scaling high‑performing Delight and Community Collection initiatives globally
  • Playbook development and management
  • Innovation and productivity in delivery and tooling
  • Prize Draw scaling and optimisation
Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years in growth, customer experience, marketing strategy, or retention, ideally in a B2C, SaaS, or education‑focused organisation
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable uplift in retention, engagement, or customer advocacy
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insight
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and territories
  • Experience managing cross‑market growth or engagement campaigns
  • Familiarity with analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Power BI
Attributes
  • Customer‑focused and data‑informed
  • Creative strategist with commercial awareness
  • Proactive, curious, and outcome‑driven
  • Comfortable working across ambiguity and multi‑market priorities
  • Passionate about making education accessible, equitable, and engaging
What Success Looks Like
  • Community Collection reaches every UK school, supporting 100% of applicants
  • Measurable uplift in customer retention, engagement, and NPS
  • Data dashboards and Playbook systems embedded as part of regular reporting
  • Growth initiatives aligned with B2B, Marketing, and Parent objectives
  • Prize Draw and Delight campaigns show continuous growth in participation and reach
Benefits
  • A friendly, welcoming and supportive culture. We believe work should be fun and always put people before the process
  • Diversity, inclusion and belonging – our Employee Network Program includes working groups for LGBTQ+, People of Colour, Disabilities (visible and invisible), Women in Tech and Working Parents
  • From day 1 – Westfield Health, 33 annual leave days per year (pro‑ratio) inclusive bank holidays, a "Me" day each year, a charity day each year, flexible working policy with opportunities to work from home and Twinkl subscriptions
  • Quarterly company awards programme
  • Seasonal events
  • Cervical and Prostate screening
  • Company sick pay after 3 months of service
  • After probation – cycle‑to‑work scheme
  • Long‑term service reward – life insurance, enhanced pension contribution, enhanced maternity pay, enhanced adoption pay and enhanced paternity pay, long service award, long service annual leave
