Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is Africa’s all-in-one financial platform serving 20 million businesses and individuals with payments, banking, credit, cross-border and business tools.

We are seeking an Analytics Manager to own metrics, measurement, experimentation and the data roadmap for a growth-focused area, partnering with product, data engineering and operations to drive acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• +5 years in Analytics and Analytics Management.
• 2+ years in a management role managing teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Proven track record in a consumer-FMCG environment, preferably in a CPG or fintech environment
• Deep experience scaling product businesses, with demonstrated ownership of significant revenue targets

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics roadmap and strategy for the business unit.
• Hire, develop, and retain analytics professionals.
• Generate insights on CAC per channel, segments, share of wallet, and consumer behavior.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering to collect data and drive product insights.
• Own yearly forecast and budget for products.
• Define growth plan and lead funnel optimization from acquisition to monetisation.
• Lead A/B testing and experiments to improve conversion and revenue.
• Improve lifetime value and reduce churn.
