Job summary

Buttress is seeking a Group Head of Transactional Processing to lead the transactional finance function across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing and Credit Control. You will own end-to-end P2P and OTC processes, drive working-capital performance, and strengthen controls within a multi-entity group.

The role requires CCAB qualification (CIMA/ACCA preferred) and a proven track record in shared-service environments, with a focus on automation and system improvements, including NetSuite

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading transactional finance, accounting operations or shared-service teams.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing and Credit Control.
• Experience in multi-entity environments and working-capital management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR, AP, Billing and Credit Control functions across the Group.
• Own end-to-end P2P and order-to-cash processes across entities.
• Drive working-capital performance, including debtor days and cash collection.
• Oversee supplier payments, customer billing and cash allocation.
• Strengthen financial controls and drive standardisation and automation.
• Support NetSuite improvements and integration of acquisitions.
• Develop transactional finance team through coaching and performance management.
