Job summary

Travelodge is seeking a Head of Transactional Finance to shape the Financial Control agenda and lead the transactional services team across accounts payable and transactional revenue. You will oversee finance systems and treasury, reporting to the Group Financial Controller and developing three direct reports.

You will drive automation, process improvements, and the finance systems roadmap while strengthening controls and managing cash and working capital with senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading transactional finance or shared services teams.
• Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
• Experience delivering system and process change.
• Collaborative, analytical approach with delivery to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead transactional services across accounts payable and revenue.
• Oversee finance systems agenda and treasury requirements.
• Directly manage three reports and collaborate with Finance/IT.
• Drive automation and improve processes to deliver value.
• Shape the roadmap for finance systems and strengthen controls.
• Manage cash and working capital and engage senior stakeholders.
