Job summary

FTSE-listed business in London is seeking a senior finance professional to join as ACA qualified.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you'll lead a finance team and oversee IFRS annual and half-year reporting, external audit coordination, subsidiary accounts, and cashflow forecasting to support liquidity and capital structure decisions.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified with listed company experience.
• Experience leading a finance team and external audits.
• Production of IFRS annual and half-year reports for a listed group.
• Strong liquidity, capital structure and cashflow analysis.
• Technical accounting authority for the Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of the Group IFRS annual and half yearly listed financial statements/annual report.
• Lead the year and external audit process and half year external review process.
• Oversee the production and filing of the subsidiary statutory accounts for UK and international entities.
• Own the Group cashflow forecasting process, providing insight and analysis on liquidity, capital allocation and capital structure.
• Act as the Group's primary technical accounting authority.

A FTSE listed business is looking to recruit an ACA (or equivalent) qualified candidate to join its business.

Reporting into the Group Finance Director this is a senior role in finance. Running a team, main duties include:

• Production of the Group IFRS annual and half yearly listed financial statements/annual report
• Lead the year and external audit process and half year external review process
• Oversee the production and filing of the subsidiary statutory accounts for UK and international entities
• Own the Group cashflow forecasting process, providing insight and analysis on liquidity, capital allocation and capital structure
• Act as the Group's primary technical accounting authority

You will be ACA qualified (or equivalent) with experience working in a listed business in a similar role.

This is a broad role with a chance to get involved in projects in a well known business which continues to do well.
