About Our Client

This the UK family office and global corporate office for a Global group of companies. The group corporate office is the investment holding for 3 industrial businesses with global operations. There are 28 directors and shareholders.

Job Description

This is a newly created role to act as the Head of HR for the investment office and to business partner the 28 directors and shareholders. The role will be to bring some structure and clarity to people related processes. Looking to design and implement an appraisal process to relate to the annual compensation review cycle, talent management and diplomatic ER issue management. Reporting on key HR related topics via PowerPoint and excel in a concise and succinct manner. This is a very lean team so the role has limited support. This is a role partnering the groups most senior stakeholders and requires diplomacy and experience partnering with senior board members to understand people related issues and find solutions.

The Successful Applicant

Be able to demonstrate partnering with boards and senior stakeholders

Designed and implemented appraisal programme to senior leadership

Business Partner for leadership level

Experience in both large corporate but also small companies

CIPD level 7 or equivalent
