We are looking for a visionary and accomplished Group Head of Human Resources and People to lead and shape the culture, talent strategy, and people operations across our dynamic hospitality group, home to Fallow, Roe, and Fowl.
As a strategic partner to the executive team, you will define and drive a progressive people vision—fostering innovation, inclusion, and excellence across all our venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and evolve the group’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with our core values, long-term goals, and unique identity across all venues.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the HR and people teams, nurturing a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous growth.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, embedding best practices into recruitment, development, and organisational culture.
  • Drive talent development initiatives, including learning and development, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, compensation, and employee relations—ensuring consistency, excellence, and legal compliance across all locations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Represent the people function externally and internally—elevating our employer brand and shaping partnerships that enhance our people-first mission.

  • You are a strategic, forward-thinking HR leader with a proven track record in multi-site or fast-paced hospitality sector.
  • You bring depth and credibility across the full HR spectrum, from cultural stewardship and organisational design to operational HR and legal compliance.
  • You are a natural leader and relationship builder—someone who inspires trust, drives engagement, and builds cohesive, high-performing teams.
  • Passionate about creating inclusive, equitable workplaces where people feel valued, empowered, and supported to grow.
  • Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels, with the agility to adapt in a growing, ever-evolving business.
  • You are data-informed and people-centric, with strong instincts for organisational health and long-term talent planning.
