Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead Front of House Host in London to lead a hospitality-led workplace experience for colleagues, visitors and stakeholders. You will be responsible for the Front of House team, reception, café and meeting spaces, ensuring exceptional service and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Front of House, Workplace Experience, Hospitality, Reception, or Customer Service leadership role.
• Strong people management skills with experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Front of House team to create a welcoming, hospitality-led workplace.
• Act as main point of contact for workplace arrivals ensuring a professional experience from arrival to departure.
• Oversee reception, café, meeting spaces, and shared areas with high presentation standards.
• Manage scheduling, absence cover, workload allocation, onboarding, and ongoing development for consistent service delivery.
• Coordinate third-party service providers and ensure services are delivered effectively and issues resolved promptly.
• Support health & safety, compliance, sustainability, and workplace audits.
