Dex is seeking a Lead Front-End Engineer to own the front-end craft across the product, defining the patterns and guidelines that every engineer codes against. You will shape how AI agents interact with the UI and ensure quality scales at a rapidly growing company.

You will mentor engineers, establish UI/UX guidelines, drive performance initiatives, and collaborate with product and design to translate complex financial workflows into fast, intuitive experiences.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of front-end concepts and how things work under the hood.
• Experience with multiple front-end frameworks and trade-offs.
• Expert-level TypeScript experience.

Responsabilités

• Define and evangelize front-end architectural patterns and best practices across a full-stack engineering team.
• Establish UI/UX guidelines and component libraries ensuring consistency for human-coded and AI-generated interfaces.
• Drive performance engineering initiatives, identify root causes of slowdowns and implement systemic solutions.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, high-performance user experiences.
• Mentor engineers on front-end fundamentals, advanced techniques, and framework/tool trade-offs.
