Job summary

Dex, in London, seeks a senior software engineer to own end-to-end features across infrastructure, backend, and frontend layers. You will collaborate with product, design, commercial, and analytics to deliver impactful capabilities and build internal tools to boost team efficiency and reach more users.

You will explore and integrate the latest generative AI tooling and LLMs, driving performance improvements and enabling frontline workers. Regular in-person collaboration is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Breadth of experience across infrastructure, backend, and frontend technologies.
• Experience with scalable architecture and evolving tech stacks.
• Strong product mindset prioritizing customer outcomes and data-driven decisions.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (PMs, UX, Designers, Data).
• Based in London and able to meet the team in person regularly.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technology stack across infrastructure and front-end systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, commercial, and analytics to build features.
