- Deliver monthly performance reporting, KPI analysis and variance reporting.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial and strategic financial insight.
- Drive cross-functional projects across operations, engineering, supply chain and commercial teams.
- Prepare board packs, management reports and investor presentations.
- Support fundraising initiatives, due diligence exercises and investor requests.

- Strong understanding of cash flow management, working capital and operational finance.
- Experience within a high‑growth or scaling business environment.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Strong systems and process improvement mindset, with exposure to FP&A technology and reporting tools.

- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands‑on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Curious, adaptable and passionate about driving business growth.
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the finance function.
- High level of exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision‑making.
