Job summary

Marks Sattin is partnering with a globally recognised luxury retail brand to appoint a senior FP&A leader. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multi-channel operations and provide strategic insight to the Board and senior leadership.

Qualifications

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
Proven FP&A leadership experience in retail, luxury, consumer, or multi-site environments.
Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
Track record of driving business performance through data-led insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Available immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Provide strategic insight to the Board and senior leadership.
Drive revenue, margin, and profitability reporting across retail and e-commerce channels.
Partner with merchandising, marketing, operations, and supply chain.
Develop KPIs and performance reporting to support growth.
Lead financial modelling and investment appraisals for strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency.
Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
