What will you be doing?

Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to VP Commercial Finance EMEA, you prepare reporting packages, analyses, and narratives to business partners and senior management with emphasis on identifying variance drivers and recommending actions.
• Work closely with different departments and cooperate with local finance teams across EMEA countries.
• Get close to vertical businesses, identify and understand performance and challenges across our markets.
• Maximize use of financial systems to drive growth (revenue pipeline review and forecast, recurring revenue streaming, and booking accuracy).
• Providing financial analysis and reports on key performance indicators to support the company’s decision-making process.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting support (enable accurate visibility of how we are tracking), collaborating with other departments within the organization to prepare accurate budgets.
• Assist vertical leaders and their teams with forecast, revenue, billing, and contract inquiries as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations and/or Consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business majors.
• CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience with reporting and visualization software required; Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in the Tech/Software industry (with recurring revenues) a plus.
• High proficiency in Excel required.
• Must be a self-starter with intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver.
• Displays a strong ability to build models and develop outputs for stakeholder-friendly consumption.
• Has a proven track record of extracting, manipulating, and delivering insights from large data sets.
• Manages ambiguity, proactively ideating solutions to key business problems.
• Can influence peers and leaders, presenting financial concepts to a non-financial audience.
• Has a proven track record of working in multidisciplinary teams.

This position can be located in the following area(s): UK, with the ability to travel regularly to Bracknell.
