Job description

Radius is seeking a talented Head of FP&A for our client based in London. You MUST speak some level of Japanese.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in FP&A to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance and have demonstrated experience in FP&A within a complex, global commercial environment.

You will have a proven track record in managing and optimising financial planning and reporting systems, preparing detailed management accounts, and conducting tailored business performance analysis across the business areas.

You’ll be confident in developing financial models, interpreting data, and providing clear, concise insights for decision–making. With strong interpersonal and leadership skills, you’ll manage a talented FP&A team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and proactively solve problems, all while ensuring deadlines and high-quality delivery.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead the FP&A function and work closely with the senior leadership team across all operations. This role is both strategic and hands–on, overseeing planning cycles, budgeting, forecasting, performance analytics, and financial modelling across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long–range planning processes
2. Deliver actionable insight and performance analysis to Executive & Board level
3. Business partner with the Site Directors and Regional Managers
4. Build and maintain group–wide financial models, scenario analysis, and investment appraisals
5. Own financial reporting and KPI dashboards to monitor business performance
6. Ensure strong financial governance across multiple business units
