Quantum Medix is seeking a strategic, high-integrity Head of Finance to partner with our Founder & CEO during a pivotal growth phase in the UK dental acquisition market. This is an execution-driven venture, and we’re building fast.

This part-time consulting role is ideal for a commercially minded financial leader who thrives in high-velocity environments, particularly those involving acquisitions, due diligence, and integration. It’s also well-suited to someone who has other roles or consulting commitments, but wants to play a pivotal role in a high-impact venture. You’ll play a critical role in structuring deals, assessing targets, and ensuring robust financial governance across all acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate target financials, risks, and integration needs
• Travel to practices to meet sellers and support deal closures
• Build and refine models for acquisition, funding, and group consolidation
• Advise on capital allocation, budgeting, and strategic forecasting

3. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure financial activities meet sector and cross-border compliance standards
• Help structure scalable systems for multi-site growth

4. Strategic Capital Planning

• Collaborate on capital raising strategy and investor readiness
• Advise on NHS/private revenue dynamics and structuring

5. Founder-Aligned Partnership

• Work directly with the founder to support vision execution
• Bring clarity, speed, and loyalty to the table
