Our client, a well-respected school based in Caterham, is seeking a Head Of Finance due to restructuring within the business. This position will hold full responsibility for all financial matters within the entity, including financial reporting, P&L reports, business cash flow, financial planning, and management of a team. The Head Of Finance will report directly to the Financial Officer, attend monthly board meetings, and will be responsible for three members of the finance team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing finances of a large entity, with strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, and the ability to lead a finance department/team. Candidates should have good tenure, a full driving licence, and be local to Caterham.
