About The Role

We are looking for a proactive individual to lead in the financial management of Perspectum. This opportunity combines strategic leadership of the Accounting and FP&A teams with driving financial performance and strengthening financial controls.

Responsibilities focus on the following key areas:

1. Team leadership
2. Accounting and financial reporting
3. Long term planning and investor relations
4. Driving continuous improvement
5. Treasury management

Please note there is a requirement to be in the office on a regular basis during the week.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking finance leader with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. You should be proactive and highly organised with a continuous improvement mindset, and enjoy managing and developing teams.

To be successful, you must have experience in:

1. Senior finance management and leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and team development
2. Financial modelling, data analysis, and forecasting systems, providing strategic insights for decision making
3. UK FRS & US GAAP financial regulations and reporting standards
4. Fast-paced, changing environments with continuous improvement at its core
5. Be CA, ACA, or ACCA qualified

A background in scaling up finance functions in high-growth organisations, alongside experience using NetSuite, would be beneficial.
