As Head of Finance, the role primarily involves business partnering, process management, and improvement. Key responsibilities include month-end and annual budgeting, leading and challenging internal stakeholders, being a member of the Executive team, and reporting to shareholders and finance leadership, overseeing a team of four.

To succeed in this role, you should have clear and demonstrable experience managing a finance function within a manufacturing environment, understanding challenges related to S&OP processes, working capital, and goods in/out. You must also be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience.
