THE COMPANY

We're working with an exciting London Lender that are in an exciting period of growth. They are well established in their lending and are now looking to grow out their Finance function, with the opportunity to really influence the direction of the business. This is a unique opportunity for someone to really add value and progress into the long term.

THE ROLE

Within this, you can expect to work on:

• Setting financial and business strategy across the company as they expand
• Shape how data is sued across the business and support forecasting and investment decisions
• Manage financial reporting and wider monitoring
• Own the financial models and enhance these as needed to drive business performance
• Manage a small team to help deliver financial strategy

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Good experience with financial planning, financial management and accounting
• Experience within Financial services
• Good Excel experience
• Prior line management experience
• Desire to take charge of a function and direct change, keen to drive impact
