Head of Finance

Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum

Location: Cardiff

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am -5pm and Friday 8am – 4pm

We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Head of Finance to join an established and growing business in Cardiff.

This is a key senior position offering a varied, hands‑on role with responsibility for overseeing the finance function across multiple business areas. Working closely with senior management and the board, you will play an important part in driving financial performance, improving processes and supporting future business growth.

Main Duties

• Oversee the day‑to‑day finance function across the business.
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
• Monitor profitability, financial performance and working capital.
