Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for Cardiff Hybrid activity. You will own the full management accounting lifecycle, lead a team, and partner with key stakeholders to deliver timely financial insights. The role is based in Cardiff with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

The ideal candidate has strong month-end, budgeting, forecasting and multi-currency experience, and a commercially minded approach to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant.
• End-to-end management accounting process.
• People management, coaching and development.
• Experience in Shared Service Centre or fast-paced finance environment.
• Strong month-end, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Multi-currency experience is a plus.

FINANCE MANAGER CARDIFF HYBRID

Are you a well-rounded Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment?

I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a busy and established finance function in Cardiff.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the full management accounting lifecycle, while also bringing strong people management and leadership experience.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end management accounting process
• Proven people management, coaching and development experience
• Experience working within a Shared Service Centre or fast-paced, complex finance environment is highly desirable
• Strong month-end, reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Multi-currency experience would be a distinct advantage
• A commercially minded approach with the confidence to partner with stakeholders across the business

The role:

Cardiff Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day from home
