Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking an inspirational Head of Faculty for English, Maths & ESOL to set the strategic direction across multiple campuses. You will lead teaching, quality improvement and innovative curriculum design, working with senior leaders to raise learner achievement, progression and social mobility.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification at Level 5 or above.
• Significant leadership experience within Further Education or a comparable setting.
• A proven track record of improving quality, learner outcomes and curriculum performance.
• Experience leading English, Maths and/or ESOL provision.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted expectations, funding methodologies and quality frameworks.
• Outstanding people leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop others.
• A commitment to inclusive education and widening participation.
• The vision, resilience and ambition to lead transformational change.

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking an exceptional educational leader to take the helm of one of our most influential curriculum areas as Head of Faculty for English, Maths & ESOL.
