Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a renowned retailer to recruit a Head of Facilities for their London head office. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of all facilities, leading an in-house team and coordinating with external suppliers.

Influential leadership, strategic budgeting, and robust project delivery in a multi-site retail environment are key. A focus on safety, compliance, and stakeholder relations will underpin daily decision-making and long-term

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Senior Facilities Management role.
• Preferably experience in a multi-site environment (retail, hospitality, leisure).
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to direct both in-house teams and external suppliers.
• Proven project management in live operating environments.
• Strategic thinking with exceptional budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, tender, and manage key contractors and suppliers for facilities and property services.
• Oversee and drive facility-related projects from inception through to successful completion.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Implement business-wide changes to maintain legal, statutory, and regulatory compliance across all facilities.
• Lead ongoing maintenance and optimisation of all building systems to ensure safety and functionality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
