Qualifikationen

• Significant, demonstrable experience in facilities or estates management within a complex building environment
• A relevant qualification in facilities, estates, engineering or building services, or equivalent substantial professional experience
• Working knowledge of building management systems and fault diagnosis
• NEBOSH, IOSH or an equivalent health and safety qualification is preferred
• A basic DBS check and two references will be required

Aufgaben

• Ownership of the planned preventative maintenance programme and statutory compliance across a complex, occupied site
• Management of subcontractors covering cleaning, maintenance and engineering services
• Use of building management systems to diagnose issues and brief contractors effectively
• Budget and supplier management
• Occasional Saturday duty management (approximately three to four occasions across the contract) and infrequent evening event cover, with reasonable notice provided in each case
• Fully expensed travel to a second site approximately once a fortnight, accessible by train
