Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Facilities to join our dynamic Facilities department.

As a post holder, you will support the Assistant Director Estates Strategy & Property. You will be responsible for the management of the Trust’s operational outsourced soft FM contracts, ensuring compliance with National Standards and all contractual, financial, and performance matters associated with the delivery of these services. You will need to ensure robust contract management processes are implemented and followed for collecting, monitoring, and delivering contractual KPIs.
