Lead Facilities Supervisor
You'll be:
  • Supervising daily office operations, local facilities team, and all third-party site-based contractors.
  • Managing office services: purchasing, facilities management (hard and soft services).
  • Managing tasks, projects, utilization, and budgets.
  • Suggesting improvements or additions to services and processes as needed.
  • Co-managing the FM harmonization project across the UK.
  • Overseeing ongoing and upcoming FM projects, including policy reviews, procurement alignment, data auditing, and office space planning.
Accountabilities:
  • Handling daily office operations and BAU activities.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for staff, contractors, and clients.
  • Managing files, databases, records, and activity reports.
  • Managing requests and service requests, tracking progress, and creating reports.
  • Managing finance, hospitality, access control, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
You'll have:
Job Specific Knowledge:

Proficiency with in-house systems such as HybridHero, EMS, GBS, PeopleLink, PeopleSuccess, and WorkRite (training provided).

Education and Qualifications:

Desirable: First Aid, Fire Marshal, Defibrillator Operator certifications.

HSE Capability:
  • Reporting near misses and hazards.
  • Supporting audits as required.
IT Skills:

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365.

People Skills:

Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Other Skills:
  • Problem-solving with a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player willing to learn.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Awareness of team strategies and customer needs.
