Who we are
So Energy was created in 2015 because we knew energy suppliers could be better. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly but sustainably, with 300,000 customers and over 450 Energists (what we call our people). But we’re not done. We’re on the road to a net zero future, and thanks to our partnership with ESB, we’re well on the way. We’re customer-centric, tech-led, and passionate about sustainability.
We want to do the best we can for our customers, each other, and our planet, so we’ve created a workplace that's encouraging, supportive, and offers the opportunity for growth. As a company, we live by six core values that guide everything we do:
Reporting to ourHead of People Operations
As a Facilities Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring our office environments run smoothly and meet high standards of safety, compliance, and comfort. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends operational excellence with health & safety leadership - all in support of a best-in-class workplace experience. You'll be equally at home reviewing a fire risk assessment as you are navigating building security or giving a new starter a tour of the building. You’ll thrive with autonomy and ownership, acting as both a strategic partner and the team member trusted to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
As the first port of call for all things "office" for our people, your friendly, inclusive approach reflects our values and belonging strategy.
Please note this role is an on site role which will require you travel to our Chiswick office and occasionally our Manchester office.
