Job summary

Events by Benugo is seeking a Head of Event Sales to drive group-wide sales performance and maximise event revenue across the portfolio. The role covers private dining, celebrations, corporate events, venue hires and external catering, with a 45-hour week and full-time pattern across the UK.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will build a robust sales strategy, work closely with venues and operations, and develop key client partnerships to secure high-value contracts and grow revenue across

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership in events, catering, or luxury experiences.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship management to secure high‑value contracts.
• Data-driven with ability to analyse sales performance, pipeline and trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a robust sales strategy to grow revenue.
• Work with venue and operations teams to align delivery.
• Ensure every event is professionally managed from enquiry to delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and organisers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand partnerships.
• Implement efficient sales processes to improve conversion and team performance.
• Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams with a growth focus.
