Job summary

The Balmoral, a Rocco Forte Hotel on Edinburgh's Princes Street, seeks a Head of Event Operations to oversee delivery of conferences, galas, business gatherings and brand activations. You will lead a skilled events team, uphold luxury service standards and drive outstanding guest experiences across our meeting spaces.

With 2+ years in a managerial role in a 5-star environment, you will shape revenue-friendly event operations, mentor colleagues and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure flawless

• Experience in a 5-star environment is essential, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

As our next Head of Event Operations, you will oversee the seamless delivery of every occasion across our meeting and event spaces. From high-profile corporate conferences, lavish gala dinners, to an intimate business gathering, a private cocktail party, and brand activations, you will ensure every event is executed flawlessly.
