Job summary

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Head of Estates to lead Hard FM across the Trust and its properties. Job description

The Head of Estates leads Hard FM services for Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust and its associated properties, reporting to the Deputy Director of Estates. The post covers building, engineering and maintenance, with the aim of keeping the estate safe, compliant, efficient and responsive to clinical services. It suits a senior estates manager who has worked in healthcare or another highly regulated setting and can show leadership, financial, contract and stakeholder skills. The successful candidate will help shape the future delivery of Estates Services.
