Job summary

WPP seeks a Head of Programme to lead the EPM Transformation across Finance and Enterprise Technology, delivering consolidation, planning, forecasting and reporting improvements on a global scale.

You will define the strategy, align senior stakeholders and manage vendors and partners to realise measurable business benefits while ensuring adoption and governance across geographies. The role embraces a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale finance or EPM transformation programmes.
• Proven track record implementing enterprise platforms for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong understanding of group finance processes, close and consolidation, financial controls, data migration.
• Experience managing EPM vendors, system integrators and third-party delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision, outcomes and roadmap for the EPM Transformation Programme.
• Lead replacement of BFC and implement the selected EPM platform across consolidation, planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure deliverables are high quality and linked to measurable benefits.
• Coordinate budget, resources, governance, risks and change approach across workstreams.
