Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Programme Manager to lead high‑quality, complex projects on time and within budget. You will work with the Account Director to hit productivity goals and contribute to the organisation’s success.

You’ll be accountable for programme delivery, manage risks, governance, and third‑party vendors, and guide several project managers. A strong background in ecommerce migrations and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading multiple teams across workstreams (≥20 people).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle & release management.
• Proven delivery of ecommerce migration/re-platform projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with multi-vendor delivery and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the programme to time and budget.
• Analyse risks and produce reports for management and stakeholders.
• Develop governance and ways of working at programme start and maintain them.
• Manage dependencies and create programme level plans.
• Provide guidance to project managers within and outside your account.
• Maintain a resource plan and track end dates with functional leads.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Define governance with the client and manage third parties.
