Job summary
Gamma Communications is seeking an experienced Delivery and Programs Director - Enterprise for Glasgow, Manchester or London (Hybrid) with travel to client sites. You will lead enterprise delivery across programs, deployment and portfolio governance, ensuring profitable, scalable delivery of telecoms, IT and software solutions for enterprise customers in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in a telecoms/delivery environment.
- Proven track record leading multiple delivery functions (programme, deployment, service delivery).
- Strong governance, financial management and risk control.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across enterprise delivery and programs.
- Own delivery performance for telecoms, IT and software solutions at scale.
- Lead senior delivery managers and build a high-performance culture.
- Oversee portfolio governance, WIP, revenue forecasting and escalations.
- Sponsor major customer programs and act as escalation point for delivery issues.
- Drive transformation through standardised processes, automation and AI adoption.
- Develop scalable delivery capability across UK and Europe with partner/offshore models.
- Improve operations across provisioning, delivery engineering and service lifecycle.
