Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years Project Management experience within an ISP Managed Services, Enterprise Networking, or ICT environment.
• Experience managing project budgets up to and above $5M.
• Experience leading large, complex customer programmes involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong project governance, risk management, change control, and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and structured project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects valued up to and above $5M across technology and managed service solutions.
• Typically oversee multiple concurrent projects and maintain governance.
• Lead project boards and virtual teams, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Own communications with customers and internal teams, and run status reviews.
• Develop project initiation documents and track progress with established methods.
• Forecast budgets, track costs, and ensure change control compliance.
• Mentor junior project managers and support knowledge sharing across the PM team.
